We're going to collect data specific to our goals.  We'll talk about your situation, your property, and market conditions - get to know each other a bit.  We'll schedule some time for me to return with market data specific to your home.  Make an appointment now!


Data and Decisions - our second meeting

 We'll look at how your home compares to similar homes recently sold in your area.  The data will help determine a listing price and how you may expect your home to perform in our market.  

Now you can decide if you're ready to list your home and we'll know whether or not we're a good fit to work together to get your home sold.  

 

Upfront Preparation

We'll get all the information together for your go-live date on MLS, talk about photography, cross each T and dot every I.  Sellers disclosure, copy of survey, previous inspections, warranties - we'll cover all of it.


Showtime

This is it!  Photos have been submitted, all the paperwork is completed, the house is spotless and in perfect showing condition.  It's your go-live date on MLS!


The Hard Part

The showings are happening and feedback is coming in from buyers and their agents.   Ads are on social media, the house is on several websites.  We've got open house scheduled, flyers completed, the stage is set....it's a busy time while you're waiting for the right buyer!
